This project involved the transformation of Elliott Hall’s exterior façade and select interior features using modern, high-performance materials. The scope emphasized aesthetic and functional enhancements of interior and exterior glass systems.

Materials from Kawneer, Mapes, Sigco, OBE, and Rochester Insulated Glass were engineered and fabricated in-house to ensure precision. Vitrum expertly handled the installation, achieving improved thermal performance and upgraded interior safety features.

  • Sleek Entrance: Installed 4 single Kawneer doors, providing a contemporary, high-quality entrance that enhances the overall aesthetic.
  • Striking Interior Design: Incorporated Nathan Allan Fluted Glass, Antique Mirror Glass, and Sensitile Cascata Glass to create a unique, visually captivating interior ambiance.
  • Sophisticated Atmosphere: The combination of these design elements elevates the atmosphere, perfectly aligning with STK’s renowned upscale style.

Education

Integrated at Work (IAW) provided a sleek, modern interior glass and glazing guard rail system for the Knight Auditorium and Malloy Hall project at Babson College. This solution enhances both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the space.

Our team installed 300 square feet of 9/16″ low iron tempered laminated glass with flat polished edges, along with three 1/4″ clear copper mirrors backed with plywood and secured using z-clips.

MIT Schwarzman College of Computing was a significant project completed by Integrated at Work (IAW) in collaboration with Suffolk, the general contractor, and SOM, the architect.

IAW installed 110 doors and 1,039 linear feet of Muraflex MIMO offset partitions, featuring a sleek black anodized aluminum finish and matching hardware that aligns with WHOOP’s branding. This project, completed in collaboration with Studios Architecture and Gilbane Building Company, seamlessly integrated demountable walls and glass features across eight floors.

Through our collaboration with our AT WORK COLLABORATIVE™ companies, we streamlined the office renovation, providing both furnishing and architectural solutions, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious space transformation.
