Flexibility & more
Why Choose RAF
By routing the wiring for power, data and telecom underfloor, a RAF system is easily accessible. Flooring panels are quickly and easily removed to accommodate anything from wiring updates to site reconfigurations. The addition of an underfloor air distribution system provides even more benefits, such as lower energy and maintenance costs, fresher air and the comfort of personal environment temperature control.
FLEXIBILITY. Adaptability has become a mandatory requirement for contemporary buildings. That’s why the overall flexibility of a RAF system makes it ideal for almost any space.
EFFICIENCY. With underfloor air distribution, occupants can enjoy improved air quality with personal control of the temperature in their environment. Owners will also benefit with increased productivity and lower energy costs.
PLUG & PLAY. RAF spaces complimented with a modular Plug & Play power distribution system offer the ultimate in flexibility. Redesigns, reconfigurations and technology changes can be quickly accommodated, for significantly less.
CUSTOMIZABLE. We offer a wide variety of factory and field applied finishes that are available in a multitude of colors and textures. As a result, our clients can customize their flooring to create a unique look and enhance their space.
I have known David Atwood for almost 15 years and our first project together was the Liberty Mutual building in Dover, NH – one of the largest raised access flooring projects in New England at the time. The II team executed the project perfectly. It was one of the cleanest raised floor installations I have ever seen.
